Our Mission

UConn Salaam is a program of the Asian American Cultural Center (AsACC) centered on creating community amongst the Muslim student population at the University of Connecticut. UConn Salaam develops programming that increases accurate knowledge of Islam, strives to combat existing Islamophobia, and builds coalitions amongst various student organizations through our Salaam committee.
